The answer depends on you and what you need.
dedicated to giving you the personalized support and direction you need to meet your goals for your business. That’s why I start every partnership by talking about your big-picture ideas and goals. I also like to discuss challenges — which parts of your business feel inefficient or overwhelming.
If you have questions about developing new products, scaling your business, hiring employees or contractors, setting your prices, marketing, or automation, we’ll discuss those as well.
Once we’ve identified the goals that are most important to you, we’ll get to work. As your COO, I’ll create a roadmap with specific steps to follow at each stage.
And don’t worry — I’m not just giving you a to-do list and telling you to do everything on your own. I’m also happy to help with implementation, project management, team communications, client relations, and strategy execution. Plus, I can design comprehensive systems that will streamline your day-to-day, improve your client experience, and give you more of your time back.

Supporting you, your team & your big ideas
Pamela Krista, host of The Moms Who Podcast Show, contacted me because she wanted to move her online community to a new platform.
During our discovery call, she explained that she was using a disjointed mix of several platforms (Slack, ThriveCartLearn, ConvertKit, and handwritten notes) to manage her online community.
She wanted to consolidate everything into Circle to improve her workflow and give her followers a better experience. Oh, and she really wanted the migration to be done in a few weeks so she could relaunch the community on her birthday!
The Challenge
next
This project was deceptively simple—after all, how hard could it be to move the existing community members and content to a new platform? But in truth, this seemingly trivial project was an opportunity.
It was the chance to implement a system that would save time internally and give the brand a fresh, more professional feel for existing members and visitors alike.
So instead of just opening up a Circle account and moving everything other, I sat down with Pamela Krista to talk strategy. Together, we came up with several ways to make the most of this opportunity.
MY STRATEGY
back
next
We started by discussing pricing strategies for this subscription-based online community. I helped her develop monthly and yearly tiers and define the inclusions and pricing for each tier.
Next, I created a step-by-step plan for her to follow as she launched this new community to her audience. I outlined the email sequence and provided topics for each message, including details for potential launch bonuses.
Finally, I worked with Pamela Krista to connect her sales platform with her email platform. This set the stage for better conversion rates and less hands-on management.
The Execution

In just three weeks — in time for her birthday relaunch — Pamela Krista had a new, streamlined online community inside Circle. She also has better processes, a complete launch plan, and guidelines for updating her systems as the program grows over time.
